Excellent customer service, value for money!
Excellent customer service. 24 hours on call. Responded to message and call very quickly. Received information of transportation from staff before arrival. Locate at the center of the tourism area, one minute walking to Metro station, 5-6 minutes walking distance to Plaza Mayor and SOL. Wi-Fi is stable and fast.

Two nights in Madrid
The staff was extremely lovely and friendly. Judy especially was so helpful and sweet. The location was perfect, close to the centre of the city and all sightseeing spots. There was also a small fridge, which was useful.
It was quite a lot of money for a very small room with cheap furniture. I get it, it's a Hostal but plastic small bed and a bed sheet instead of a proper blanket was a big surprise.

Excellent location! But should offer more comfort for rest, especially after an 8-hour trip.

For my taste the bed was hard, the pillows were not very comfortable; the heating was not working very well and the sheets were hard and not warm for how cold the weather was on those days.

We had a great time in Hostal Art Madrid as everything was close by and easy to get to.
The location is great. We loved the view from the balcony. We were central and walking distance from so much.
The room was a little small, but we somewhat expected this as the price for the location was relatively cheaper.
